Car Title Loans
Borrow $500 to $5,000 against a vehicle you own outright and keep driving it. Larger amounts and lower rates than an unsecured loan, with one serious trade-off you should read first.
A title loan is the only secured product we offer. You pledge the title of a vehicle you own outright, we record a lien, and you keep driving it throughout. Because the loan is backed by an asset, the amounts are larger and the rates lower than an unsecured loan for the same credit profile, but the trade-off is real: default can cost you the vehicle.

How much your vehicle supports
We base the offer on wholesale value, not what you paid or what a dealer lists it for. Age, mileage, condition and model all feed in. Most offers land between a quarter and a half of wholesale value, capped at our $5,000 maximum.
| Vehicle wholesale value | Typical offer range |
|---|---|
| $2,000 | $500–$1,000 |
| $5,000 | $1,250–$2,500 |
| $10,000 | $2,500–$5,000 |
| $15,000 and above | $5,000 (our maximum) |
How it works
- Apply online with the vehicle details: year, make, model, mileage and VIN.
- We value the vehicle and make a conditional offer with the APR, fees and payment schedule.
- Provide the lien-free title in your name, registration, proof of insurance and photo ID.
- E-sign, we record the lien with your state, and funds are released, often the same day.
- Make your monthly payments. When the final one clears, the lien is released and the title returns to you.
What you need
- A vehicle titled in your name with no existing lien
- Current registration and proof of insurance
- Verifiable income of at least $1,000 a month after tax
- Government-issued ID and a Social Security number or ITIN
- Residence in a state where title lending is permitted and we hold a title lending licence
Availability
Title lending is prohibited or heavily restricted in many states, and we offer it only where we are licensed for it. Check your state before applying. Where title loans are unavailable, an installment loan of up to $5,000 covers the same need without collateral.
Unsecured alternatives to weigh first
Installment loans up to $5,000 with nothing pledged, personal loans from 17.99% APR with fair credit, and bad credit loans if a low score is what pushed you toward a title loan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep driving my car with a title loan?
Yes. We hold a lien on the title, not the vehicle. You keep the car and use it as normal throughout the loan, and the lien is released once the final payment clears.
How much can I borrow against my car title?
Between $500 and $5,000, typically 25% to 50% of the vehicle's wholesale value. Age, mileage and condition all affect the offer, and our maximum is $5,000 regardless of vehicle value.
What happens if I cannot repay a title loan?
Contact us before the due date and we will look at the options. If a loan goes into default we can repossess and sell the vehicle to recover the balance, which is why we ask every applicant to consider unsecured alternatives first.
Do I need a clear title?
Yes. The title must be in your name with no existing lien. You also need current registration and proof of insurance.
Is a credit check required for a title loan?
We run a soft inquiry that does not affect your FICO score. The offer is driven mainly by the vehicle's value and your ability to make the payments.
